User instructions

How to request deletion.

  1. Send an email to privacy@staysummers.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
  2. Include the product name, your account email or Meta user/player ID if available, and the reason for the request.
  3. For Meta-connected apps, you can also remove the app from your Facebook settings. We will delete or anonymize associated app data after receiving the request or callback.
  4. We may ask for limited information to verify account ownership before deletion.
  5. Deletion is normally completed within 7 to 30 days unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention or accounting reasons.

Data covered

What may be deleted.

Account data

Name, email, Meta user/player ID, profile image references and account preferences.

Product data

Gameplay progress, match history, page workspace records, conversation metadata, lesson progress and user-created content where applicable.

Support data

Support tickets, moderation reports and contact records unless retention is needed for safety, compliance or dispute handling.
